We offer a range of rubber chemical products essential for tyres and other rubber related products such shoes, belts and hoses. The products we produce comprise mainly rubber accelerators, anti-scorching agents, anti-oxidant TMQ & 6PPD and insoluble sulphur. Depending on our customers’ requests, our rubber chemicals can be processed into powdered, granulated or oil-treated forms.

We also provide value-add services to our customers who request such services to mix accelerators with rubber and other additives to form rubber compounds known as master batches based on their required specifications.

  

Rubber Accelerators
Rubber accelerators are essential chemicals added during the production of rubber and rubber-related products. Its main function is to accelerate the vulcanisation or curing process of rubber. We have a range of rubber accelerators used extensively in the manufacture of tyres for automobiles. There are many types of rubber accelerators and one or more accelerator may be used jointly depending on the vulcanizing rate, vulcanising pattern.

Accelerator MBT (C7H5NS2)

Fast, non-staining accelerator for both dry rubber and latex applications. Low temperature curing can be achieved when used with accelerator TMTD or accelerator DPG as secondary accelerators. These are the primary accelerator used in the production of many industrial goods including tyres, belts,  shoes and other rubber goods 
Accelerator MBTS (C14H8N2S4)
Used in the manufacture of both Synthetic Rubber (“SR”) and Natural Rubber (“NR”). Able to generate mild or moderate cure rate with high vulcanisation temperature. It operates safely, disperse easily and has low pollution level. It also carries an anti-oxidant function. These are the primary accelerator used in the production of many industrial goods including tyres, shoes,  tubes, and other rubber goods. 
 Sulphenamides Type Accelerator 

Accelerator CBS (C13H16N2S2)

 

It is a highly active delayed action accelerator with good anti scorching quality. It is processing-safe and it has fast cure rate. Its level of activity can be increased by the adding of alkaline accelerators, such as the thiuram and the dithiocarbamate type accelerators. Mainly used in the manufacture of tyres, shoes, tubes, cables and other rubber goods. 
Accelerator MBS (C11H12N2S2O)

 
It is a delayed action accelerator for both SR and NR, with fast cure rate. It also possesses good anti-scorching quality and is processing-safe. Mainly used in the production of tyres, tubes, shoes, rubberised tape, and other rubber goods. 
Accelerator TBBS (C11H14N2S2) It is a delayed action accelerator with fast cure rate. It also possesses good anti-scorching quality and is processing-safe. It is widely used in all sorts of rubber products and tyres, especially meridian tyres. 
Accelerator DCBS(C19H26N2S2)


The product possesses the best anti-scorching characteristic among the sulfenamide type of accelerators. In natural rubber it has a better anti-scorching quality and is generally safer in term of processing as compared to [DIBS]. Mainly used in manufacture of tyres, belts and shock absorber. 
Thiurams Accelerator 
Accelerator TMTD(C6H12N2S4) Used in the production of both the SR and NR. Mainly used in the production of tyres, inner tube of tyres, shoes and cables. Also used as germicide and insecticide in agriculture, and also used as lubricant additive. 
Guanidines Accelerator 
Accelerator DPG (C13H13N3)


It is processing safe and stable. It has a slow scorching time. Used for both NR and SR. Mainly used in the production of tyres, boards, shoes and other industrial rubber goods.


Anti-scorching agents
 
Anti-scorching agents are essential chemicals added during the vulcanisation process to prevent the rubber materials from burning. In the presence of anti-scorching agents, rubber materials can be processed at high temperature and high speed, thus improving capacity of the vulcanisation process. Anti-scorching agents also improve storage stability of rubber products and prevent them from natural vulcanisation during storage

 Thiazoles Type Accelerator 

Anti-scorching CTP(C14H15O2NS)

May be used in both SR and NR. It improves the capacity of the vulcanisation process and acts as anti-scorching agent to the rubber materials during the vulcanisation process, so as to enable extruder and calendar to run at high temperature and at high speed. It can also improve the storage stabilisation of the rubber material, preventing natural vulcanisation during storage. It also has the reclamation function for rubber material that has been previously treated with high temperature or with combustible nature.


Anti-oxidant 
 
Anti-oxidant has a good protective effect against heat, oxygen and fatigue aging and stronger inhibitory effect against metal catalytic oxidation, no spray cream phenomenon, widely used in the manufacture of tyres, motorcycles births, bicycles births, rubber, plastic, adhesive tape, wires, cables and other rubber products.

Insoluble Sulphur  

Best vulcanizing agent for rubber, it improves binding of rubber-rubber and rubber-steel or chemical fibre without contaminating the mold. It is suitable for use in the production of rubber tires, tubes, belts, shoes, rollers, cables, seals, latex products and other light-color rubber products. Different types of IS is available such as IS-HS 8010, IS-HS7520, IS-HS7020, IS-HS6033, IS60, IS 90 and others.

Possess high level of thermal stability, provides resistance to reversion to the soluble form of sulphur even at elevated temperatures, ensures consistency of vulcanizing properties at high temperature. Among the best vulcanizing agent for rubber as it overcomes much of the shortcomings of ordinary sulphur, enhance bloom protection, It also improves the quality of the rubber products.

Master Batches 
Master Batches is a designed “Predispersed accelerators, RD or insoluble sulphur for applications in both natural and synthetic rubber based compounding. It enhances the dispersion in rubber matrices up to the highest level to achieve more consistent vucanizate properties in final product. The product is eco-friendly and is widely used in rubber industry.

Master Batches with polymers in different ratio are also available.
